Meridian was contracted by City Utilities to design, supply, and install two photovoltaic arrays at their technology/builders services facility. In addition to a 10 kW wind turbine, the two arrays, while identical in size, are mounted on two distinctly different platforms. One array is mounted on a stationary top-of-pole mount while the other is mounted on an active dual-axis tracker. This allows a precise comparison of the two mounting approaches.
